5 oua

1 cana de zahar(totul se masoara cu cana obisnuita de lapte)
1 cana fantasau apa minerala
1 cana unt topit(vreo 200g)
2 1/2 cani faina
2 linguri cacao
1 plic praf de copt

umplutura:
500g branza de vaci
2 oua
1 cana zahar
coaja unei lamai

Intr-un castron mixam oaula intregi cu zaharul si untul topit si caldut,adaugam apa minerala si apoi cacao,faina+praful de copt.turnam o parte din compozitie intr-o tava micuta unsa si pudrata cu faina si coacem vreo 10min.
Intre timp pregatim umplutura amestecand branza cu zaharul,aromele si doua oua intregi batute pana se fac spuma.
Turnam peste foaia coapta umplutura si deasupra restul de aluat.Dam din nou la cuptor,la foc potrivit, pina cand scobitoarea iese curata.Lasam sa se racoreasca si taiem.
